1, Introduction
NPO is dedicated to offering a secure and welcoming environment for all of its members, including those who are HIV positive. With the help of this policy, our organization hopes to increase preventative efforts, support HIV-positive people, and raise awareness of the issue. According to the fundamentals of human rights, it is founded on respect, non-discrimination, and confidentiality.
2. HIV Awareness and Education
a. The NPO will regularly conduct HIV awareness campaigns and educational seminars for all members in order to disseminate accurate knowledge regarding HIV transmission, prevention, and treatment.
b. Brochures and posters will be distributed within the organization to spread awareness of HIV and lessen stigma.
c. Invited guest speakers, doctors, or HIV support groups might offer further information and address HIV-related issues.
3. Prevention Measures
a. The NPO will promote safe sexual practices, including the use of condoms, through the distribution of free condoms and education on their proper usage.
b. Regular voluntary HIV testing will be encouraged and facilitated, with a focus on confidentiality and the right to choose whether to be tested.
c. Members will be educated on the importance of regular health check-ups and the benefits of early detection and treatment.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy
a. The NPO will implement measures to ensure that all HIV-related information obtained from members remains strictly confidential.
b. Access to confidential information will be restricted to authorized staff members on a need-to-know basis.
c. The NPO will comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations to safeguard the confidentiality and privacy of individuals living with HIV.
6. Review and Evaluation
